Texas American Realty wants to show our appreciation for the heroes who help Texans stay safe, healthy and educated. We know it’s not easy, so Texas American Realty created a first responders discount program as a way to say thanks. If you’re a veteran, teacher or first responder in the market for a new home, our Texas American Heroes program is for you.
What’s included in our first responders discount?
- 25% of our commission will be put towards your closing costs.
- We partner with a lender who will apply a $1,000 credit towards your purchase costs.
Eligible heroes include:
- Military – active and former*
- Police Officers
- Fire Fighters
- EMS
- Hospital Medical Staff
- Teachers
